Policies
Adults Only Please: we rent only to adults 35 years and older.
Deposit Guarantee: shortly after requesting a booking you will receive an email requesting payment. A fifty percent (50%) deposit guarantee is required to secure your reservation. All payments may be made through PayPal and by Visa, MasterCard, or American Express.
Full Payment: the rent is due 45 days prior to your arrival. A security deposit of $500 is also payable 45 days prior to arrival and will be refunded within 10 days of departure unless damages or missing inventory are discovered upon inspection.
Cancellations Made More Than 30 Days Prior To Arrival: can be re-booked any time for a period of 12 months from the arrival date of the original reservation. Your deposit guarantee and rent (less a $75 rebooking fee) will be transferred to the new booking. Security deposit will be returned within 10 days.
If Cancellations Are Made Less Than 30 Days Prior To Arrival: your deposit guarantee is non-refundable unless we are able to rent the time you booked. A credit for the remaining rent will be held for you and applied to another booking anytime in the 12 month period from the arrival date of the original reservation. Security deposit will be returned within 10 days. If you are unable to rebook within the year the remaining rent will be returned to you.
Arrivals: you will receive an email with arrival details once the rent and security deposit are paid in full. Access will be by either key or code. The number of persons using our home is limited to the number of guests registered and may not exceed this number.
Check In Time: after 4:00 PM and before 11:00 PM on the date of arrival.
Check Out Time: prior to 11:00 AM please.
Housekeeping: daily housekeeping services are not included in the rental rates.
Fully Equipped: towels, soaps, linens and supplies are for your use inside our home only. Please bring your own towels etc. for use at the beach, the pool or the Hot Springs.
No Smoking: please do not smoke in our home or in the yard. Any violation of this will result in the loss of your security deposit and eviction.
No Pets: due to owner allergies, no pets are not allowed. Violation of the no pet policy will result in the loss of your security deposit and eviction.
Sports Equipment: skis, boards, bikes, and golf clubs will be stored in the garage only. No sports equipment in our home please.
Noise And Quiet Time: Be respectful of our neighbors and observe the 11 PM - 8 AM quiet time. Any violation of this will result in the loss of your security deposit and eviction.
Telephone and Internet: there is currently no telephone or internet access.
